شروط وأحكام استخدام منصة Storink
مرحباً بك في Storink.
باستخدامك للمنصة أو إنشائك لحساب، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية:
طبيعة الخدمة
Storink منصة إلكترونية تتيح للمستخدم إنشاء صفحة رقمية لعرض روابطه، حساباته، أعماله، خدماته أو منتجاته، والاستفادة من المزايا المتاحة حسب نوع الباقة المشترك بها.
تُقدَّم الباقة المجانية بالمزايا المتاحة وقت الاستخدام، بينما تُقدَّم الباقات المدفوعة وفق الأسعار والمميزات وشروط الاشتراك المعلنة في المنصة وقت الاشتراك.
مسؤوليات المستخدم
يتحمل المستخدم المسؤولية الكاملة عن صحة ودقة جميع البيانات التي يقوم بإدخالها في المنصة، بما في ذلك الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال وأي بيانات أخرى.
كما يتحمل المستخدم المسؤولية الكاملة عن المحتوى الذي يقوم بنشره أو عرضه من خلال صفحته، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والفيديوهات والروابط والمنتجات والأسعار وغيرها.
ويُمنع نشر أو عرض أي محتوى مخالف للأنظمة أو القوانين المعمول بها، أو ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو حقوق الغير، أو يتضمن معلومات احتيالية أو مضللة أو محتوى غير مشروع أو مسيء.
الحساب وكلمة المرور
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية المحافظة على سرية بيانات الدخول وكلمة المرور الخاصة بحسابه، كما يتحمل مسؤولية أي نشاط يتم من خلال حسابه.
ويحق لإدارة Storink تعليق أو تقييد أو إغلاق أي حساب في حال إساءة استخدام المنصة أو مخالفة هذه الشروط.
الاشتراكات والمدفوعات
قد تكون الباقات المدفوعة شهرية أو سنوية أو وفق أي مدة اشتراك يتم الإعلان عنها داخل المنصة.
وتُطبق الأسعار والمميزات المعلنة وقت إتمام عملية الاشتراك أو التجديد.
ولا تُسترد رسوم الاشتراك بعد تفعيل الخدمة، إلا في الحالات التي توافق عليها إدارة المنصة أو التي تستوجبها الأنظمة المعمول بها.
وعند انتهاء الاشتراك وعدم التجديد، يحق للمنصة إيقاف المميزات المدفوعة أو إعادة الحساب إلى الباقة المجانية وفق السياسة المعتمدة في ذلك الوقت.
التواصل عبر رقم الجوال وواتساب
عند قيام المستخدم بإضافة رقم جواله أو استخدامه أثناء التسجيل أو الاشتراك في المنصة، فإنه يوافق على استخدام Storink لهذا الرقم للتواصل معه فيما يتعلق بخدمات المنصة.
وقد يشمل التواصل عبر واتساب أو الرسائل النصية أو الاتصال لأغراض مثل تأكيد التسجيل أو الاشتراك، وإرسال التنبيهات المتعلقة بالحساب، والتواصل بشأن طلبات الترقية أو الدعم الفني، وإشعارات التجديد أو انتهاء الاشتراك، وإرسال تحديثات أو معلومات أو عروض متعلقة بخدمات Storink، وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها.
ويحق للمستخدم إلغاء استقبال الرسائل التسويقية وفق الوسائل المتاحة.
حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم خدمات Storink وفق الإمكانيات التقنية المتاحة، وقد تتعرض الخدمة أحياناً للتحديث أو الصيانة أو التوقف المؤقت أو الأعطال الفنية.
ولا تضمن Storink استمرار الخدمة دون انقطاع أو خلوها بشكل كامل من الأخطاء الفنية.
ولا تتحمل Storink، في الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، المسؤولية عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو فقدان أرباح أو بيانات أو فرص تجارية نتيجة استخدام المنصة أو تعذر الوصول إليها.
كما لا تتحمل المنصة مسؤولية المنتجات أو الخدمات أو المحتوى الذي يعرضه المستخدم من خلال صفحته، وتكون العلاقة المتعلقة بتلك المنتجات أو الخدمات بين المستخدم وعملائه مباشرة.
الملكية الفكرية
جميع الحقوق المتعلقة باسم Storink وشعارها وتصميم المنصة وبرمجياتها ومكوناتها ومحتواها المملوك لها هي حقوق محفوظة للمنصة.
وتبقى ملكية المحتوى الذي يضيفه المستخدم إلى حسابه، مثل الصور والنصوص والمنتجات والمواد الخاصة به، للمستخدم أو لأصحاب الحقوق الأصليين.
وبنشر المحتوى من خلال Storink، يمنح المستخدم المنصة ترخيصاً غير حصري بالقدر اللازم لاستضافة المحتوى وعرضه وتشغيل صفحته وتقديم خدمات المنصة.
استخدام المنصة
لا يجوز للمستخدم محاولة اختراق المنصة أو تعطيلها أو إساءة استخدام مواردها التقنية أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى حسابات أو بيانات مستخدمين آخرين.
ويحق لـ Storink اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة عند اكتشاف أي نشاط قد يؤثر على أمن المنصة أو استقرارها.
تعديل الخدمات والأسعار
يحق لإدارة Storink تطوير المنصة وإضافة أو تعديل أو إلغاء بعض الخصائص والمميزات والباقات بما يتناسب مع تطوير الخدمة.
كما يحق لها تعديل أسعار الاشتراكات، على أن تسري الأسعار الجديدة وفق ما يتم الإعلان عنه في المنصة.
تعديل الشروط والأحكام
يحق لإدارة Storink تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام عند الحاجة.
وتصبح النسخة المحدثة نافذة من تاريخ نشرها في المنصة، ويُعد استمرار المستخدم في استخدام Storink بعد نشر التعديلات قبولاً بالشروط المحدثة، وفق ما تسمح به الأنظمة المعمول بها.
تعليق أو إنهاء الحساب
يحق للمستخدم التوقف عن استخدام المنصة أو طلب إغلاق حسابه.
كما يحق لإدارة Storink تعليق أو تقييد أو إنهاء الحساب في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط، أو إساءة استخدام المنصة، أو وجود نشاط احتيالي أو غير مشروع، أو الإضرار بالمنصة أو مستخدميها، أو وجود أسباب أمنية أو تقنية تستوجب ذلك.
الخصوصية والبيانات
تحرص Storink على التعامل مع بيانات المستخدمين وفق الأنظمة والسياسات المعمول بها.
ويتم استخدام البيانات بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة وإدارة الحسابات والتواصل مع المستخدمين وتحسين تجربة استخدام المنصة.
ولا تمنح موافقة المستخدم على هذه الشروط Storink أي حق في ملكية المحتوى الشخصي الخاص به خارج الحدود اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة.

Storink Platform Terms of Use
Welcome to Storink.
By using the platform or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:
Nature of the Service
Storink is an online platform that enables users to create a digital page to display their links, social media accounts, businesses, services, or products, and to access features based on the selected subscription plan.
The free plan is provided with the features available at the time of use, while paid plans are provided according to the prices, features, and subscription terms displayed on the platform at the time of subscription.
User Responsibilities
The user is fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of all information entered into the platform, including name, email address, mobile number, and any other information provided.
The user is also fully responsible for all content published or displayed through their page, including text, images, videos, links, products, prices, and other materials.
Users are prohibited from publishing or displaying any content that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, contains fraudulent or misleading information, or includes unlawful or inappropriate content.
Account and Password
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and password and for all activities carried out through their account.
Storink reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account in cases of misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans may be offered on a monthly, annual, or other subscription basis as displayed on the platform.
The applicable prices and features will be those displayed at the time of subscription or renewal.
Subscription fees are non-refundable after activation, except where approved by Storink management or where required by applicable laws and regulations.
If a subscription expires and is not renewed, Storink may discontinue paid features or return the account to the free plan according to the policy in effect at that time.
Communication via Mobile Number and WhatsApp
By providing a mobile number during registration, subscription, or use of the platform, the user agrees that Storink may use that number to communicate regarding platform-related matters.
Communication may be made through WhatsApp, SMS, or phone calls for purposes such as registration or subscription confirmation, account notifications, upgrade requests, technical support, subscription renewal or expiry reminders, and updates, information, or offers related to Storink services, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Users may opt out of receiving marketing communications through the available methods.
Limitation of Liability
Storink services are provided based on available technical capabilities and may occasionally be subject to maintenance, updates, temporary interruptions, or technical issues.
Storink does not guarantee that the service will always operate without interruption or be completely free from technical errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Storink shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of opportunities resulting from the use of, or inability to access, the platform.
Storink is not responsible for any products, services, or content offered by users through their pages. Any transaction or relationship involving such products or services is directly between the user and their customers.
Intellectual Property
All rights related to the Storink name, logo, platform design, software, system components, and Storink-owned content are reserved.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload or publish, including images, text, products, and other materials, or such ownership remains with the original rights holders.
By publishing content through Storink, the user grants Storink a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process such content only to the extent necessary to operate the user’s page and provide the platform’s services.
Use of the Platform
Users may not attempt to hack, disrupt, interfere with, or misuse the platform’s technical resources or attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
Storink reserves the right to take appropriate action against any activity that may affect the security, integrity, or stability of the platform.
Changes to Services and Pricing
Storink reserves the right to develop the platform and add, modify, or discontinue certain features, plans, or services.
Storink may also change subscription prices, with new prices taking effect in accordance with the information published on the platform.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Storink reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary.
The updated version will become effective from the date it is published on the platform.
Continued use of Storink after any changes are published will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
Account Suspension or Termination
Users may stop using the platform or request account closure at any time.
Storink reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate an account in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the platform, fraudulent or unlawful activity, harm to Storink or its users, or security or technical reasons requiring such action.
